Hunter Pacific Group offers third party CxA services to provide the qualified staff to implement a systematic process that helps ensure that all your building systems perform interactively in accordance with the design intent and the owner’s operational needs. The CxA’s duties include leading Cx meetings, assuring contract documents’ alignment with owner’s project requirements, assuring system performance and reviewing system for sustained performance. Persons in this labor category are CCP certified, have a minimum of three years field experience in the design/architectural/mechanical construction industry and act as support staff to upper level managers
DESIGN STAGE

- Refine Cx Basis of Design (BOD)
