Third Party CQC Services

Hunter Pacific Group offers third party CQC services which provides the staff to forge a proactive link between design and construction. Having a qualified CQC on the team fosters a cooperative environment between all entities while protecting the interest of the project owner. The CQC’s duties include leading CQC meetings, preparation of required CQC daily reports, testing and inspection logs and performance assessments to the program/project manager and owner. Persons in this labor category are CQM certified, have a minimum of five years of field experience in the construction industry and act as support staff to upper level managers.

DESIGN STAGE

- Participate in DQC Meetings
- Implement “Three Phases of Control” Plan
- Prepare QC Plan

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

- Participate in Weekly Toolbox Meetings
- Lead Weekly QC Meetings
- Prepare Daily QC Report Log
- Prepare Testing Plan & Log
- Coordinate QC Specialists (Fire, Mechanical, Elevator, Soils Testing)
- Inspect & Log Construction Rework
- Review Contractor Production Reports
- Review & Log Contractor Submittals
- Provide Site Changes for As-Built Drawings Update
- Review Invoices for Contract Requirements
- Participate in Punch-Out Review
- Participate in Final Inspection
- Ensure Close-Out Documents Submitted
- Present Performance Assessment Plan
