USGBC Compliance & Processing

Hunter Pacific Group offers LEED® documentation services to organize the preparation, submittal and verification of LEED® documentation to obtain formal LEED® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED® specialist integrates with the design/build team to support the decision-making process with sustainability targeted recommendations and energy saving/cost benefit-related analysis. Our specialist works closely with the construction team to ensure the sustainability goals are carried through to project completion and accuracy. Persons in this labor category are LEED® certified, have a minimum of three years experience in the design/architecture industry and act as support staff to upper level managers.

DESIGN STAGE

- Integrate Sustainable Planning Meetings
- Integrate Design Charrettes
- Establish LEED® Rating Goals within Project Scope & Budget
- Investigate LEED® Criteria for Technical & Cost Viability
- Oversee the Incorporation of LEED® Criteria into Plans & Specifications
- Review with Architect, Design & Documentation for LEED® Credit Implementation
- LEED® Certification Management

CONSTRUCTION STAGE

- Oversee the Incorporation of LEED® Criteria during Construction
- Assist the Architect with the Preparation of LEED® Certification Documents
- Submit LEED® Certification Application to USGBC
- Respond to USGBC Review Queries & Comments
