| Hunter Pacific Group offers LEED® documentation services to organize the preparation, submittal and verification of LEED® documentation to obtain formal LEED® certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). The LEED® specialist integrates with the design/build team to support the decision-making process with sustainability targeted recommendations and energy saving/cost benefit-related analysis. Our specialist works closely with the construction team to ensure the sustainability goals are carried through to project completion and accuracy. Persons in this labor category are LEED® certified, have a minimum of three years experience in the design/architecture industry and act as support staff to upper level managers.
