Hunter Pacific Group offers project scheduling services to provide the qualified staff to the design/build team to implement a systematic process for optimal planning. Having a Primavera-certified scheduler on the team cultivates a cooperative environment between all entities that helps ensure project goals are realized. The scheduler’s duties include the development of project schedule logic, review of project logistics and time lines with your project architect, manager and superintendent, baseline schedule development, cost and resource loading, three-week look-ahead and milestone visibility. Persons in this labor category are Primavera certified, have a minimum of five years of field experience in the construction industry and act as support staff to upper level managers.
