The utility monitoring and control systems (UMCS) V contract can be used for performing service and installation work on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems; building automation systems (BAS); supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems; electronic security systems; and other automatic control systems. The contract may also be used for services and construction for the renovation of various types of specialized building systems by any federal agency worldwide.
