We have a diverse client base that allows our team to work on a wide variety of exciting projects. In addition to cost estimating, we provide scheduling support, construction professional services, Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA), value engineering, and research studies. Position Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling

    • Scope the project and address any immediate questions or concerns with the senior scheduler and/or client

    • Set up deliverable templates including front end package and reports

    • Enter schedule data into schedule template, connecting dependencies for predecessor and successor tasks, identifying the critical path and various forms of float & slack

    • Summarize Schedule Data in Front End Package Documents

    • Quality Control: self-check your work and indicate areas of concern to senior scheduler

    • Perform QA/QC of P6 Software

    • Team Player: Lead projects as well as support projects led by other project estimators and schedulers

  • Client Management
    • Maintain constant, professional communication

    • Independently self-manage services, deliverables and deliverable due dates

    • Participate in workshops and meetings

    • Maintain awareness of our contractual obligations and when client requests may be outside of contractual limits

  • Perform Technical Writing

    • Project Write-Ups for Proposals

    • Reports and Studies

    • Project Technical Writing

  • Support senior schedulers with preparation of proposals

  • Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Example KPIs for a Scheduler I include proficiency in 80% of listed scheduler 1 capabilities, achieve set billable target rate, and complete project within established budgets.

  • Regularly coordinate with project managers, operation manager, and business development team.

  • Maintain project files and contact list in SharePoint according to the HPG process.


  • • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering is highly preferred. A combination of education and work experience will also be considered in lieu of degree
    • 2+ years of construction scheduling experience
    • General understanding of construction sequencing of detailed scope elements
    • Strong verbal communication skills including ability to present project information to internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience developing a schedule for a wide range of projects including, but not limited to: federal construction projects, hospitals, and university projects
    • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Revit by Autodesk; Primavera P6
    • Possess a membership position in a professional organization such as AFCEA, SAME, etc.

What We Offer You

• Remote work (with occasional travel for client meetings and company meet-ups)
• Salary Range of $92,000 - $96,000
• 401k (eligible after 90 days of employment)
